You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of having received it. Once initiating a return you have 7 days to ship it. To be clear, you have 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 7 days after it's initiated to get it out the door. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
